This data flow to other distribution centers for the management of electronic traffic regulations (METR) contains information on static traffic regulations. This set of regulations is static in nature in that it is not dependent on certain situations or conditions. It may change but not as often, e.g. speed limits, no passing zones, etc. This data includes the relevant locations, effective date and time periods, and applicable vehicle classes.
