traveler_personal_regulation_inputs
This data flow is used within the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function and contains data that the traveler has provided through a personal device pertaining to inputs and issues or discrepancies observed with traffic rules or regulations, e.g. an observed difference between what a speed limit sign says and what the navigation app says.
