traveler_personal_location_data

This data flow is used within the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function to provide the definitive and precise location of the position of a personal traveler's mobile device (latitude, longitude, elevation, and a mark used to determine the relative accuracy of the data) to receivers on equipped connected vehicles.
