transportation_personal_signal_requests_for_traffic

This data flow is sent to the Manage Traffic function to send requests for right of way at a signalized intersection from personal equipped travelers, including pedestrians using a hand-held device, disabled travelers, users on micro-mobility vehicles (MMVs), and other vulnerable road users. This data will be used to affect the appropriate signal timing plan. There may be more than one request for a similar location at the same time. It consists of the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
