emergency_traffic_control_to_centers

This data flow is sent from the Manage Traffic function to the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function. It contains a list of the route segments that have been provided for use by an emergency vehicle and indicates the traffic management strategy that is in effect for these route segments and the status of the preemption/priority requests.
