METR_discrepancy_info_for_other_systems

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic Rules and Regulations function to pass along to another similar function residing in another system. It contains information about collected discrepancy reports, details of the actions taken, directions for additional actions needed, or updates to regulations or new rules based on those discrepancies, along with the status for issues identified by the other function.
