indicator_preemption_service_data

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function and contains data necessary for a responding emergency vehicle to be given preemption at a traffic signal controller that is for a particular set of intersection control signals. The data flow is sent directly to the intersection controller that is capable of giving preemption to the correct phase(s) for any received request.
