traffic_control_priority_status_to_centers

This data flow is sent from the Manage Traffic function to the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function. It contains a list of the route segments that have been granted priority at signals for specialty vehicles and indicates the traffic management strategy that is in effect for these route segments and the status of the priority requests.
