center_personal_signal_phase_indication
This data flow is used within the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function and contains the actual state of operation of the roadside and grade crossing indicators used to pass instructions to drivers and travelers on roads (surface streets). It is used to provide phase (red, amber, green, left-turn, etc.) information and consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
