connected_ev_signal_preemption_request
This data flow is sent to the Manage Traffic function from the Manage Emergency Services function and contains data necessary for an emergency vehicle to preempt the signal timing at a ramp or signalized intersection. The data flow is sent directly from the vehicle to devices near one or more intersection controllers, which is assumed to be capable of giving preemption to the correct phase(s) for any received preemption request. It consists of the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
