METR_discrepancy_info_from_other_systems

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic Rules and Regulations function to pass along information received from another similar function residing in another system. It contains information about collected discrepancy reports, details of the actions taken, directions for additional actions needed, or updates to regulations or new rules based on those discrepancies, along with the status for issues identified by this function.
