vehicle_center_collected_emissions_data
This data flow is provided to the Manage Traffic function by the Manage Vehicle Onboard Systems function and contains the average levels of the various types of pollutants or emissions that were being output by a particular set of vehicles managed by the source function. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
