center_personal_signal_phase_timing
This data flow is used within the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function and indicates the amount of time remaining in the current phase (red, amber, green, left-turn, etc.) that is being transmitted by a signal controller. This data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
