2.8.4.2: Perform Border and Port Inspection Pre-Processing

This process shall perform expedited pre-processing of manifest data that identifies the port of entry, date of entry, and information on the carrier, goods, origin, etc. The process uses as input the registration information provided by another process in the Manage Border and Port Inspection area.
