1.2.6.6: Log Signal Control Data for Performance Measures

This process shall access the signal controller functions in order to collect advanced traffic signal performance measures (ATSPMs). This data may include high resolution data including all traffic movements for all times and phases as well as inputs from pedestrian call buttons, priority/preemption requests, etc. This process shall provide its collected data to the Configure and Distribute SPM function for storage and transmission.
