1.2.6.7: Configure and Distribute Signal Performance Measures

This process shall receive the collected traffic detector data and correlate it iwth the collected signal controller data to support advanced traffic signal performance measures (ATSPMs). This collection of high-resolution traffic control data includes active phase events, active pedestrian events, barrier / ring events, phase control events, overlap events, detector events (including vehicles and pedestrians), preemption events, coordination events, and cabinet / system events. This process shall also collecte traffic device status data in order to support the analysis of the SPMs. This process shall store the data temporarily in the local device until requested or timed to be transmitted to the management functions.
