2.8.4.8: Manage Vessel Safety in Port

This process shall interface with ocean carriers, vessel service providers, vessel traffic service systems, and other port stakeholders in order to ensure the safety of vessel traffic in a port facility. This process shall manage the locations of vessels entering and exiting the port and notifying the appropriate function when issues arise.
