Definitions

service identifiers (Information Flow): Identifiers assigned to particular services, and the context necessary when and how to use these identifiers.

Identifier Registry (Source Physical Object): The 'Identifier Registry' maintains identifiers that must be unique to facilitate interoperability in the connected vehicle environment.

Intermediate CA (Destination Physical Object): An 'intermediate certificate authority' (ICA) is a certificate authority (CA) whose certificate was issued by another CA and whose main responsibility is to issue certificates to another CA; that is, an authorization certificate authority, and enrollment certificate authority or another ICA.
