low emissions zone parameters (Information Flow): The geographic boundaries, time period, and fee structure for a low emissions zone. This flow also provides the specific restrictions that are in place for the zone including admittance requirements and rules and restrictions for driving within the zone.

Emissions Management Center (Source Physical Object): The 'Emissions Management Center' provides the capabilities for air quality managers to monitor and manage air quality. These capabilities include collecting emissions data from distributed emissions sensors (included in ITS Roadway Equipment) and directly from connected vehicles. The sensors monitor general air quality and also monitor the emissions of individual vehicles on the roadway. The measures are collected, processed, and used to support environmental monitoring applications.

Vehicle Application and Service Center (Destination Physical Object): 'Vehicle Application and Service Center' (VSAC) represents centers that provide telematics services to vehicles using wide-area (e.g. cellular) communications, including traveler information, emergency services, vehicle diagnostics, and provision of service options for these vehicles.
