1.2.6.3: Configure Roadway for Performance Measures

This process shall configure traffic signal devices remotely for the collection of advanced signal performance measures (ATSPM). This process shall receive inputs from the traffic operations personnel. This process shall send configuration and transmission commands to devices controled by this Manage Traffic function. This process shall report the status of the collection to the personnel as inputs are returned from the field devices.
