3.6.5: Support Remote Vehicle Operations

This process shall provide communications, command and control of a remote vehicle based on inputs from a traveler, a facility manager, or driver. This process shall send command and control data to a remote vehicle to support moving a vehicle, restoring it to its owner, or parking it automatically in a facility. This process shall collect diagnostics and vehicle telematics data from vehicles' onboard equipment. This process shall report status and any issues with the remote operations. This process shall inform the requesting process (facility owner and/or driver) of the results of the tele-operation. This process shall also enable the over-the-air updates to the onboard software, as appropriate.
